WEP Mechanical (a division of Waterloo Energy Products Inc.) is a full-service HVAC and renewable energy contractor specializing in design-build services, maintenance, and emergency repair for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

From high-efficiency heating and cooling to geothermal systems, boilers, in-floor heating, heat pumps, energy modeling, and back-up generators, we deliver intelligent, low-carbon mechanical solutions across the Greater Toronto Area, west to Kitchener-Waterloo, and north to Collingwood.

Our central headquarters—The Sustainable Living Center—doubles as a public showroom showcasing our craftsmanship and cutting-edge technologies, including high-efficiency HVAC, geothermal, energy monitoring, HRVs, in-floor heating and high-efficiency boilers.

Leadership Team

WEP Mechanical is owned and operated by three industry veterans with decades of hands-on expertise and thousands of successful projects across Ontario.

Jason Grieb | Operations, Mechanical Design & Commercial Sales

Jason oversees day-to-day operations, mechanical design, sales, and project management for commercial builds and large custom homes. He holds licenses as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic, Gas Fitter, and Tool and Die Maker. Jason served on the Ontario Geothermal Association Technical Committee and contributed to the CSA Technical Committee that developed the bi-national CSA-448 standards for geothermal heat pumps and ground loop installations.

Jim Bolger | Residential Design & Sales

Jim leads residential design and sales initiatives with a strong focus on heat pumps and modern renewable technologies. He actively participates in government and industry associations, ensuring WEP Mechanical remains at the forefront of policy shifts, incentives, and technical advancements.

Aaron Martin | General Manager & Field Operations

Aaron oversees daily staff operations, site coordination, and project management across all trades. He brings deep field experience managing large-scale mechanical teams and is a licensed Sheet Metal Mechanic and G2 Gas Fitter.
