How does Photovoltaic Energy work?
Photovoltaic energy is the conversion of sunlight into electricity through a photovoltaic (PV) cell, commonly called a solar cell. The solar cells convert the particles of energy produced by the sun ( photons) into electricity by focusing and capturing that energy within the solar cell.
The electricity that is produced has Direct Current (DC) and is then converted to Alternative Current (AC) through an inverter to run your appliances in your home.
